The Friends of Shelter Animals mission is to provide items of necessity and comfort for animals in shelters, no matter what their outcome. Municipal and county animal shelters work within limited budgets and are often unable to provide anything beyond basic care. That’s where we come in. For more information, please contact us.

FSA Mission

Many shelter animals live out their lives in barren cages or on hard concrete, without even a blanket for warmth. The Friends of Shelter Animals (FSA) mission is to provide items of necessity and comfort for animals in shelters, no matter what their outcome. Learn more.

About FSA

To date, the organization has donated more than 1,000 blankets, 750 food bowls, 100 cases of canned food, 2,000 toys, hundreds of packets of “Pill-Pockets” (which enable animals who are ill to take their medicine) and much more. Learn more.
